User Data Deletion Instructions

Astral Mandala takes your privacy seriously. We provide two ways to delete your data. Please read carefully
— there is a difference between deleting individual saved charts and deleting your
entire account and all associated data.
Deleting Individual Saved Charts (Birth Profiles)
To remove a single saved birth chart without deleting your account:
- Open the Astral Mandala app and make sure you are logged in.
- Tap the Profile icon (avatar, top-right corner of the screen) to open the Profile
panel.
- Switch to the Saved Charts tab.
- Find the chart you want to remove and tap the Delete button (× icon) next to it.
- The chart is immediately and permanently deleted from both your device and the cloud.
Method 1: Full Account Deletion — In-App (Recommended)
To permanently delete your entire Astral Mandala account and all data associated with it (including all saved
charts, your settings preferences, and your authentication record):
- Open the Astral Mandala app and log in to the account you wish to delete.
- Tap the Profile icon (avatar, top-right corner) to open the Profile panel.
- In the top-right of the Profile panel header, tap the Trash icon (red delete button).
- A confirmation banner will appear warning you that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Tap "Yes, Delete Everything" to confirm. Your account, all saved charts, and all
personal data will be permanently removed from Firebase.
Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion by email:
- Send an email to admin01@mindwaveapps.com from the email address associated with your
Astral Mandala account (or the email linked to your Google or Facebook account).
- Subject Line: Data Deletion Request
- In the body of the email, state that you would like to delete your account and all associated data.
Include your account email address or the name on your account to help us locate your data.
- Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion within 7–14 business days.
What Data is Deleted?
Upon full account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Your Firebase Authentication record (email, display name, linked Google/Facebook provider)
- All saved birth chart profiles (name, date of birth, location, timezone, and optional details)
- Your app settings preferences (ayanamsa selection, theme, language, chart style, etc.)
- Any profile picture associated with your account via an OAuth provider
⚠️ Note: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you
will not be able to recover your saved astrological data, charts, or account settings. If you signed in via
Google or Facebook, your Astral Mandala account will be removed, but your Google or Facebook account itself is
not affected.
